The duplication or re-ordering process for previous orders is a breeze. Once again, I’ll assume you’ve created an account with us (if you haven’t check here for assistance on creating a free online profile).
The only way you can duplicate an order is obviously if you’ve placed an order with us before. The way you can do this can be found through your profile. After you’ve logged in, take a look at the right-hand side navigation and you should see an area under Order Tools that says View My Orders:
Upon clicking View My Orders you should be confronted with a page that gives a run-through of the orders you’ve placed in the past. The most important part is recognizing which order you would like to duplicate. (If you labeled your jobs in the past, it should be easy to cross-reference any former job with the name you labeled it with.)
Make careful use of the magnifying glass next to the order number. This will give you a breakdown of your product options for this particular job.
After confirming which job you would like to duplicate, click on Re-Order. You will see a pop-up which should ask you whether or not you would like to reuse the same images. By selecting Yes, you will first be redirected to the shopping cart; however, there should be a note in your Special Instructions instructing us to reuse the same images. By selecting No, you’re simply redirected to the shopping cart and must proceed through the checkout.
